It's a R&D centric company driven by engineers and excelled by marketing experts. 2mobo has an immediate opening for a senior Windows software developer /manager who will help developing Windows applications. The position will have the added benefit of working with a young, dynamic and highly experienced team in the supportive environment of an emerging startup. Responsibilities will include all aspects of software development from design to coding , testing, and product release.
Responsibilities:
Participate in the full cycle of Windows application development and product release
Software design, coding, and testing
Optional: develop mobile applications and cross platform applications, e.g. Phonegap, depending on personal interests
Optional: join the 2mobo product advisory board led by the VP of product development to define product road map
Optional: join the 2mobo patent and innovation committee led by the CTO to define next generation products and technologies.
Optional: work with team members to document and publish patents
Minimum qualifications include:
A team player and someone who is passionate and eager to learn and solve problems
A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or related majors (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of software development experience with C#, Java, C++, Objective C or any other object oriented programming languages
Windows application development experience
Nice-to-have qualifications:
2+ years GUI development experience
Web development experience
Software lift cycle understanding (from design, coding, testing, to product release and maintenance, etc)
Software engineering practice understanding (from design patterns, coding consistency, source control, peer code review tools, bug tracking system) is desired. Subversion, review board, and Eclipse preferred but not required.
Understanding of software quality control (e.g. unit testing framework and mobile UI automation framework) is desirable but not required.
